12 Month Device Limited Warranty 
Bonnair EC warrants to the original purchaser of the Electronic Cigarette, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR (12 months) from the date of original purchase. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification.
